Return Window:  You can ask for return or exchange after 7 days of receiving your order, and before 14 days have passed of receiving your order. We believe this gives you enough time to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

Product Condition: We kindly ask that the items be returned in near-new condition. This helps us ensure that everyone gets products in top condition.

Quick Processing: We value your time, so we aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5 days, getting you what you need as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs: We’re here to help you make the right choice. If there was a mistake on our part, like a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping costs. For exchanges, the shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility.

Convenient Return Label: Once you apply for refund, we will send a courier rider to pick up your order from your address for just Rs. 500, and deduct this amount from your refund. No hassle, no worries.
