Refund policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:
Return Window
- You may request a return between 7 to 21 days after receiving your Hayat-e-Maida order.
- You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your Pure Cardio order.
- You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your Immunity Boost order.
- The item must be dispatched back to us within this time frame.
Return Address

To return your product, please use the return address mentioned on the parcel you received.

Before dispatch, you must:

Take a clear picture of the product (bottle) you are sending back.

Share this picture with us on WhatsApp.

Provide the tracking ID once your parcel has been dispatched.

Processing Time
We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5 business days once we receive your parcel.
Refund Method
Refunds will be made directly to your Pakistani bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash according to your preference.
Return Costs

You will need to cover the shipping cost when sending the item back to us.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), please note that as per government policy:

2% Sales Tax and 2% Withholding Tax will be deducted from the total amount paid to the courier.
